By letter dated October 23, 2000 and filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division ("ALJD") on October 24, 2000, the Petitioner Anne Pollitzer infromed the ALJD that there is no longer a controversy in the above-referenced matter. According to Petitioner, Beaufort County Council will purchase the land involved in this matter.

By letter dated October 23, 2000 and filed with the ALJD on October 24, 2000, Counsel for Respondents Tony Porter, Barrett Bouleware, and Alex Murdaugh also informed the ALJD that Petitioner's claim is moot due to the purchase of land by the County of Beaufort.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
