On September 13, 2004, the parties to the above-captioned case submitted a Stipulation of
Dismissal with Prejudice, signed by all parties and stipulating to “the dismissal of this action with
prejudice” pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1), SCRCP. Therefore, pursuant to ALC Rule 68 and Rule
41(a)(1), SCRCP, and upon the stipulation of the parties,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
