ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This contested case comes before the undersigned by the way of an agency transmittal from the South Carolina Department
of Health and Environmental Control ("DHEC") directing the conduct of a hearing due to the appeal by Pineland Country
Club; Wildlife Act, Inc.; and Ruth and W. A. Brady of DHEC's issuance of Permit to Construct No. 18,495-AG issued to
Paul Stroud. Prior to a hearing being held, the Petitioners wish to dismiss this contested case.
Accordingly, by and with the consent of the parties, it is ordered and agreed that this contested case is dismissed.
