ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated March 2, 1999, William A. Ready, III,
Counsel for Respondent, notified this tribunal that Petitioner wishes to withdraw its request for a
contested case hearing. Counsel attached a copy of a memorandum from Petitioner which stated
that "[t]his letter will also serve as a formal request to discontinue the adjudicatory hearing."
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
