ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before me on Motion of Evans Taylor Barnette, of the law firm of McCutchen, Blanton, Rhodes &
Johnson, LLP, attorneys for the Plaintiffs, Ray Petty and John Cocker, individually and on behalf of members of the Beaver
Dam Creek Community Association, wherein it appears that the controversy between the above-named parties has been fully
settled and ended pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement contemporaneously executed by the parties herein and
attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, with the consent of all parties,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the above-entitled appeal shall be dismissed in accordance with the
Settlement Agreement and compliance therewith. Each party to bear its own costs and attorney's fees.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
