ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letter dated November 10, 1997, and incorporated by
reference herein, Petitioner requested that Alex Shissias, Attorney for Respondent, drop
Petitioner's appeal. Accordingly, Mr. Shissias requested by letter dated November 12, 1997, that
the matter be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed
with prejudice.
