ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On
November 18, 1997, a letter was received from Petitioners, stating, "We, Robert and Daisy Brown,
are writing this letter to inform you that the contested case hearing, Robert and Daisy Brown vs.
South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, is no longer necessary".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and
the hearing which was scheduled for Monday, January 19, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
