ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL BY SETTLEMENT
During the hearing of this matter the parties obtained a recess for the purpose of discussing
settlement. Those discussions proved successful. Upon reconvening, the parties stated the details
of their settlement on the record and both parties consented to the terms.
Accordingly, this dispute is ended by way of settlement, and the case is dismissed with prejudice.
