ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this case, Petitioner advised this tribunal, by letter received July 24, 1997, that she does
not wish to pursue her interests in this contested case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be deemed to preclude
Petitioner from resubmitting an application for a septic tank permit for her property located at
Route 1, Box 81-E, Allendale, Couth Carolina.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, August 27,
1997 at 10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
