ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this case, on July 2, 1997, the Department of Health and Environmental Control
("DHEC") received a letter from petitioner which indicates that she does not wish to pursue this
contested case. On July 2, 1997, DHEC transmitted petitioner's letter to the Administrative Law
Judge Division and moved to have this matter dismissed.
IT THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 1997
at 10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be deemed to preclude
petitioner from resubmitting an application for a septic tank permit for her property located on
Chandler Road, Sumter County, South Carolina, a 2.7 acre lot.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
