ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO INTERVENE

This matter is before me pursuant to the motion of Ernest L. Ridgeway, Jr., Peggy R. Baxley, Richard and Wanda Wessinger, Gaye and Kermit Holliday, Anne McAllister, Lester C. Thompson, Jr., Daisy B. Thompson, Levi L. Richburg, and Leola White for leave to intervene as Petitioners in the above-captioned matter, pursuant to ALJD Rule 20. Upon review of the motion, the movants' Position in Intervention, and the memoranda submitted in opposition to the motion, I conclude that the movants have met the requirements of ALJD Rule 20 and that the motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the movants, Ernest L. Ridgeway, Jr., Peggy R. Baxley, Richard and Wanda Wessinger, Gaye and Kermit Holliday, Anne McAllister, Lester C. Thompson, Jr., Daisy B. Thompson, Levi L. Richburg, and Leola White shall be added as Petitioners in this matter.
