ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On April 28, 1997, Analytical
Environmental Services, Inc., (Petitioner), through its agent, Mehmet Yildrim, filed a letter stating
"We have received our reaccreditation from the South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control. Therefore, we would like to cancel the above case without a hearing, if
possible".
Thus, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is dismissed.
