ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
On
October 3, 2006, Petitioners filed a Motion to Remand in the above-referenced
matter. A telephone conference was held on November 20, 2006 to discuss the
Motion. Based on the discussions held during the conference, it was agreed by
all parties of record and the undersigned Judge that this matter will be
remanded.
Pursuant
to S.C. Code Ann. § 12-60-2540(B) (2000), upon remand the county board has
thirty days, or a longer period ordered by the Administrative Law Judge, to amend
its decision.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is REMANDED for further
consideration by the county board.
IT
IS FURTHER ORDERED that the county board shall issue its amended decision
within ninety (90) days of the date of this order.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
