ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND ORDER CANCELING HEARINGS
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On
February 24, 1997, a letter was received from Elizabeth F. Potter, Attorney for Respondent, South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, stating, "This is to advise the Court and
Petitioner's counsel that Permit #18,051 has been cancelled according to the request of Mr. Steve
Sloan, the permittee."
Therefore, upon the request of the Respondent, Steve Sloan, to cancel Permit #18,051, IT
IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing scheduled
for Monday, March 24, 1997, at 10:00 a.m. and the Hearing on Motion for Summary Judgment
scheduled for Tuesday, February 25, 1997, at 10:00 a.m. have been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
