ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter
is before the undersigned judge based on an appeal filed by the
Appellant on April 5, 2006 and assigned to the undersigned judge on
June 20, 2006. On August 16, 2006, an Order Governing Procedure was
issued and mailed to the parties. On October 13, 2006, the
Appellant sent a letter to the court withdrawing its appeal. No
response was received from the Respondent.
Since the
Appellant has withdrawn its appeal in this matter, this case is
hereby DISMISSED.
AND IT IS
SO ORDERED.
