ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On July 16, 2004, counsel for the parties to the above-captioned matter submitted a proposed
consent order of dismissal in this case. The proposed order, which is signed by counsel for both
parties, states that the parties have “resolved the matter[,] and now move to dismiss this action.”
Proposed Consent Order of Dismissal, at 1. The proposed order further acknowledges that, under
the terms of the order, this case will be dismissed with prejudice. Id. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, by motion of the parties, the hearing of this matter
scheduled for Thursday, September 9, 2004, is CANCELED, and the above-captioned case is
DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
