ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter was before me July 15, 2004, for a status conference in connection with the
above. Because certain issues in the within matter may be affected by an administrative proceeding
currently pending before the Central Midlands Council of Governments, the Court has, with the
consent of the parties, refrained from scheduling this matter for a hearing. As a result of the status
conference, the parties agreed and the Court will so order that this matter be stricken from the docket
with leave to restore by either party. Accordingly, either party upon motion and for good cause
shown can restore the matter for a hearing. A party moving to restore this case shall provide all
parties notice of the motion at least 10 days before it is heard.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
