ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned contested case was filed with the Administrative Law Court (Court) on
June 30, 2004, in which the Petitioner is contesting the Department of Revenue’s (Department) denial
of its mini-bottle license application. On July 26, 2004, Dana R. Krajack, attorney for the
Department, filed a letter with the Court in which he set forth that the applicant now meets all
statutory and regulatory requirements and that because no valid protest exists in this case, that this
matter should be dismissed. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department resume processing the Petitioner’s
application for a mini-bottle license.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
