ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is before the Administrative Law Court pursuant to Petitioner’s request for a
contested case hearing. The Petitioner has appealed the denial of agricultural classification for 1.75
acres of a 2.24 acre tract of land. Upon further review of the specific use of the 1.75 acre portion
of the subject property, the Lexington County Assessor has determined that agricultural classification
is proper as the property is currently being utilized.
By the consent of the parties as set forth below,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that 1.75 acres of Tax Map Number 003200-09-038, the specific
description of which is more clearly set forth in the Plat presented to the Assessment Appeals Board,
shall receive agricultural classification for the year 2003.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
