ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for Tuesday, September 7, 2004, at 10:00
a.m. The Court was advised by letter dated July 20, 2004, from Susan Duncan, Legislative
Coordinator for the South Carolina Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation, that the Building
Codes Council wishes to re-examine the proposed language, therefore the hearing in this matter will
not be necessary at this time, and at the appropriate time another hearing will be requested.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Tuesday, September 7,
2004, at 10:00 a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 04-ALJ-11-0201-RH is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
