ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Court. On July 12, 2004,
a letter was received from Matthew Kizer on behalf of Respondent, Newground Partnership, stating
that he is withdrawing his storm water drainage permit in the above referenced matter.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
