ORDERS:
ORDER FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Petitioner, Town of Andrews, hereby moves with the consent
of the Respondent, South Carolina Department of Health and
environmental Control, to voluntarily dismiss without prejudice,
the above-captioned action. It appears that the parties will be
able to resolve this matter without a hearing. Respondent agrees
that Petitioner may reinstate the above-captioned action to toe
Docket within ninety (90) days of entry of this Order.
