ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, by letter dated January 22, 1996, Petitioner advised this tribunal that she does not
wish to pursue her interests in this contested case and moves to have this matter dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be deemed to preclude petitioner
from resubmitting an application for a sewage disposal system for Lots No. 17 and No. 18 in
Evergreen Estates, Florence County, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
