ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
IT APPEARS that the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control has
withdrawn the permit previously issued to Jerry Bragg - Permit to Construct number 17,985-AG.
The issuance and existence of that permit was the sole controversy among the parties and the sole
subject of this appeal. Since the permit has been withdrawn, there is no controversy for this Court
to decide. Therefore, the Court, sua sponte, dismisses this case. This dismissal, however, is for
this pending appeal only, and will have no effect on other appeals which ma be filed as to other
appropriate controversies or as to permits subsequently issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, this court sua sponte dismisses this appeal.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
