ORDERS:
ORDER
A teleconference was held on January 95, 1996, commencing at 0:00 p.m. with the parties in the
above-captioned case. The parties requested a stay in the above matter to allow settlement
negotiations to continue. A hearing on the merits is scheduled for February 14, 1996, beginning
at 9:00 a.m.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that proceedings in this matter are stayed until a Consent Order
of Settlement or Dismissal is submitted to the Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED if settlement is not reached by April 30, 1996, the parties must file
a written status report with the Court on April 30, 1996. The status report shall include the
necessity for a hearing, along with proposed dates and estimated length of the hearing.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for February 14, 1996, at 9:00
a.m. is cancelled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
