ORDERS:
ORDER OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE WITH CONSENT
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge upon the appeal of RCRA Permit SCD
049126097 (the Permit) by General Electric Company. The parties to the action have reached a
settlement in this case.
Pursuant to this appeal, it is agreed that the Permit is hereby modified as set forth in Attachment
A hereto, which is incorporated and made a part of this Order. The modified permit as set forth
in Attachment A shall supersede the previously issued permit and shall be effective on the date of
this Order.
Additionally, the Statement of Understanding set forth in Attachment B is incorporated and made
a part of this Order.
This matter having been resolved, the appeal is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
