ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, by letter dated August 7, 1995, petitioner advised this tribunal that she does not
wish to pursue her interests in this contested case and moves to have this matter dismissed. IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be deemed to preclude the
petitioner from resubmitting an application for a septic tank permit for property located on North
Matthews Road, Scranton, Florence County, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
