ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, by letter dated August 8, 1995, petitioner has provided notice to this tribunal that
she does not wish to pursue her interests in this contested case and moves to have this matter
dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be deemed to preclude petitioner
from resubmitting an application for a septic tank permit for the lot identified as TMS
#263-00-04-018-C, Lots #8 & 9, Brickyard Point, Berkeley County, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
