ORDERS:
SECOND AMENDED ORDER FOR VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Petitioner, Macalloy Corporation and Respondent, South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control hereby move to request an additional twenty (20) days to enter into a
detailed Consent Order regarding the matters before the Administrative Law Judge Division in the
above-referenced action as required by the Original Order For Voluntary Dismissal Without
Prejudice entered on February 16, 1996 (the "Dismissal Order") and the Amended Order For
Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice entered on August 14, 1996 (the "First Amended Order").
This twenty (20) day period shall begin to run on September 10, 1996. Respondent and Petitioner
agree that if a detailed Consent Order is not agreed upon, Petitioner must reinstate the
above-captioned action to the docket by Monday, September 30, 1996. All other terms and
conditions of the original Dismissal Order and the First Amended Order which have not been
specifically amended or modified herein remain in effect.
