ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
IT APPEARS that the parties have resolved this matter by way of compromise, in that the
Petitioner, L.L. Price, has purchased from the Respondent, Jerry Bragg, the real estate on which
the proposed turkey facility was to be constructed. Therefore, this case, the subject of which is
the Permit to Construct (two brooder turkey houses) issued by Respondent, South Carolina
Department of Health and Environmental Control, is moot.
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion and consent of the undersigned attorneys and/or parties,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the within matter including any and all counterclaims,
cross-claims, or any claims of any nature whatsoever that were brought or could have been
brought between or among the parties be and hereby are forever ended, dismissed, and
discontinued with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
