This matter comes before me on the Motion of Petitioner, Engelhard Corporation, to dismiss its
petition for administrative review relating to the issuance of Construction Permit No.
1820-0033-ET-R1. The respondent, DHEC, has consented to the dismissal.
Therefore, it is ORDERED, that the above referenced matter is DISMISSED.
