ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, the Petitioners , Robert Glenn and Wallace McCord, advised the
Administrative Law Judge Division, by letter dated May 11, 1995, that the Petitioners have
withdrawn their request for an adjudicatory hearing concerning the approval of an application for
a septic tank permit by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a hearing is no longer necessary and this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
