Upon notice from Richard E. Richards by letter dated
October 19, 1994, the protest by Mr. Richard E.
Richards regarding the NPDES Permit #SC0046892 issued by the
South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control to the City of Lancaster was withdrawn. As
a result of withdrawing the protest, there is no
case in controversy and therefore,
IT IS ORDERED, that this case is DISMISSED.
