ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Court (“ALC”) pursuant to the appeal of
Larry E. Hendricks, an inmate incarcerated with the Department of Corrections (Department”). In
his appeal, Hendricks complains that he has not been given all of the earned education credits to
which he is entitled. On June 11, 2004, the Department filed a Motion for Remand of this matter,
stating that upon review of the relevant facts, the Department has determined that Hendricks’s
sentence should be credited with some earned education credits. The Department requests that this
case be remanded so that it may continue to investigate how many credits to which Hendricks may
be entitled and credit his sentence accordingly. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is remanded to the Department of Corrections
for further investigation as to the number of earned education credits to which Henricks may be
entitled and for the issuance of a final order containing detailed findings of fact and conclusions of
law concerning the same within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this docket is closed; when the Department issues its
new final order, if Hendricks feels he is aggrieved by that order he needs to address it through a new
grievance.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
