The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on October 29, 2001. On
February 28, 2003, this office received a Settlement Agreement resolving this matter between the parties. That Settlement
Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated into this Order of Dismissal by reference. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
