ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On November 14, 2002, the Court was
notified by Matthew S. Penn, Attorney for Respondent, that Petitioner requested that the hearing in this matter be canceled
due to a well monitoring process he planned to use for purposes of a septic tank permit. A copy of said letter dated
November 3, 2002, is attached hereto and made a part of this Order.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
