ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On July 11, 2002, counsel for the Respondent forwarded to this Division an agreement executed by the parties on June 10,
2002, in which all issues before this Division have been resolved. Further, the agreement declares that the Administrative
Order of the Department is null and void. Therefore, there is no issue remaining before this Division.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
