ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the undersigned pursuant to the Petitioner's request for a contested case hearing filed with the
Administrative Law Judge Division on February 19, 2002. By letter dated March 12, 2002, Safety-Kleen notified this
office that the parties had resolved all matters encompassed by this appeal and wished to withdraw its request for a
contested case hearing. Accordingly,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Safety-Kleen's request for a contested case hearing is withdrawn and this case
DISMISSED;
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
