ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, by letters dated December 6 and December 7, 2001, J. W. Strickland and Terry H. Hardee,
respectively, notified this tribunal that they wish to withdraw their requests for a contested case hearing. As all parties who
requested a contested case hearing in this matter have now withdrawn their requests, this case must be dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
