ORDER OF DISMISSAL

The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on November 27, 2001. On January 7, 2002, Steven J. Koorse, attorney for the Petitioner, filed a request to withdraw the Petitioner's Petition for Administrative Review of the Department of Health and Environmental Control's (Department) reissuance of NPDES Permit SC0001783 pursuant to the Department's letter dated December 6, 2001, in which the Department withdrew the reissuance of that permit.
