ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Administrative Law Judge Division on Petitioner Galey & Lord's petition for review of the
re-issuance of its NPDES Permit No. SC0002704. By a proposed order of dismissal, signed by both parties to this case and
filed with this tribunal on March 25, 2002, the parties indicated that they have agreed to a modification of the permit
conditions that renders the instant case moot. Therefore, as there are no justiciable issues remaining in controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
