By a Consent Order of Dismissal executed between the parties to this case on February 28, 2002, and filed with this
tribunal on March 1, 2002, the parties reached a resolution of the above-captioned matter. The terms of the Consent Order
of Dismissal are hereby approved and incorporated by reference into this Order.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
