ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By letter dated September 30, 2001, the court was informed that Petitioner wishes to withdraw his request for a contested
case hearing at this time due to the necessity for further study of the ground water table over the winter months, and
Petitioner further requests that he be allowed to reinstate his case at a later time (see letter attached).
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
