ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner notified this Division by letter dated September 6, 2001, that he desired to withdraw his
request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent's denial of his septic tank application.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that my previous order setting this case for a hearing is hereby rescinded due
to the dismissal of the matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
