ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) pursuant to Petitioner=s filing of a
request for a Contested Case Hearing to challenge Administrative Order 01-137-DW, which was issued by the Department of Health
and Environmental Control (Department) on May 22, 2001. The parties wish to bring litigation of this matter to a close by entering
into the following agreement.
THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED:
(1) Within seven (7) days of receipt of this Order, that the Petitioner shall submit to the Department the name of the well driller that
installed the wells referenced in Administrative Order 01-137-DW.
(2) Within seven (7) days of receipt of this Order, that the Petitioner shall submit to the Department the cancelled check used as
payment to the above referenced well driller for the installation of the wells referenced in Administrative Order 01-137-DW.
Accordingly, by and with the consent of the parties, it is ordered and agreed that this contested case be dismissed, with
prejudice, as to James Stanley Johnson aka, Stan Johnson (an individual), and Spero Corporation (a South Carolina
corporate entity).
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
