ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Counsel for Petitioner in the referenced matter filed a Motion for Voluntary Withdrawal of Appeal with
the Administrative Law Judge Division on June 1, 2001. Counsel for Respondent filed a letter with the
undersigned Administrative Law Judge on June 4, 2001 stating Respondent has no objection to a
dismissal without prejudice. Said Motion is granted, thereby dismissing this matter.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED the Motion for Voluntary Withdrawal of Appeal is granted, and this
matter is dismissed without prejudice.AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
