The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on
February 2, 2001. On May 21, 2001, the Department of Health and Environmental Control forwarded a
letter to the Division from Thomas G. Dorsett, the Petitioner in this matter, in which Mr. Dorsett set
forth that he wishes to withdraw his appeal. Via telephone, Mr. Dorsett confirmed this with my office.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
