ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to the Notice of Withdrawal of Permit Applications filed by Respondent
Trinity Industries, Inc. (Trinity) on March 19, 2001. Respondent states in its Notice that the withdrawal
renders the referenced pending appeal moot and the hearing scheduled for June 19, 2001 unnecessary. By
letter dated April 19, 2001, Petitioners concur that this matter should be dismissed due to Trinity's
withdrawal of its permit application.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
