ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on November 17, 2000. On
February 14, 2001, William E. Booth, III, attorney for the Petitioner, forwarded a letter to the Division withdrawing the
Petitioner's petition and withdrawing any motions filed in this matter. Mr. Booth also set forth that the Department of
Health and Environmental Control joins in and consents to this request. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
