ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A request for a contested case hearing was filed in the above matter on October 26, 2000 with the
Administrative Law Judge Division. Petitioner sought to appeal the Department of Health and
Environmental Control's (DHEC) denial of a septic tank application. However, DHEC has since issued
the septic tank permit to Petitioner and has forwarded a copy to the undersigned Administrative Law
Judge. Due to the issuance of the permit, there is no longer an existing dispute.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
